Administration - Costs

Webship Online keeps all information about customers, suppliers, warehouses and products. The information is accurately displayed on the Reports page. In the navigation bar of Webship Online, click "Reports" to view all available reports.

When you click on "Costs", you get a overview of used warehouse locations, tool usage, shipping costs and order statistics.

To make the report, you specify the month and company or shop for which you want to see the costs. You then receive an overview of all costs. Below is an overview:

Warehouse Usage

The warehouse usage shows how many inventory locations are taken in the warehouse. This statistic is displayed per number of pallets, shelving units and pallet places per week.

Tool Usage

The tool usage shows how many tools have been used during a certain period. The tools such as boxes, filling materials and man-hours are entered on the dashboard or when processing a purchase order/sales order.

Shipments per Shipping Method

The shipments per shipping method shows how many times each shipping method was used during the selected period. This gives you an overview of costs per courier and per shipping method from a particular courier.

Order Statistics

The order statistics show how many purchase orders and sales orders were processed during a certain period. A split is made between package orders and pallet orders. You also receive information about the number of processed SKUs and order lines.
