Delayed Shipment of Sales Orders

It is possible to create a sales order and send it on a later date. This is made possible by filling in the scheduled shipping date at the delivery options in the sales order.

The sales order will not immediately get the status 'ready for picking'. The sales order gets the status 'on hold' until the scheduled shipping date arrives. Then the status will automatically be changed to 'ready for picking'. If you want to pick the sales order earlier, you can manually change the status.
