Product Tracking

It may be necessary at any time to track which products were sent to which destinations for various reasons. This can be done based on the following matters:

Batch/Lot Numbers

An item group with a batch/lot number (entered when creating the purchase order or later) can always be tracked by entering 'batch:…' in the search bar of the order overview. You can quickly see which orders contain items with the specified batch/lot number.

Serial Numbers

Each product has an option to require serial number input during packing. If enabled, the packer must enter a serial number for each packed item of this product. This can be done either using a barcode scanner or manually.
